Who can take part

  • You have tennis elbow (pain on the outside of the elbow that gets worse when you press on it or do certain movements like lifting or gripping).
  • Your symptoms have lasted more than 3 weeks.
  • You are willing to take part in the study and follow the exercise program.
  • You have not had a steroid injection for tennis elbow in the last 3 to 6 months.
  • You do not have other conditions like nerve problems, recent fracture or surgery, arthritis, or infection in the arm.
