- You are 18 to 65 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis) by a doctor, with pain for at least 3 months.
- You have not had physical therapy or injections for your elbow in the last 6 weeks.
- You do not have serious health conditions like heart disease, diabetes, nerve problems, or bleeding disorders.
- You are not pregnant and not using any pain medications other than acetaminophen (Tylenol).
