- You are between 40 and 80 years old.

- Your shortness of breath and COPD symptoms are moderate to severe (mMRC score 2 or higher, CAT score 10 or higher).
- Your lung function tests (FEV1/FVC ratio less than 0.70 and FEV1 between 30% and 80% of predicted) match the trial's range.
- You weigh between 40 and 90 kg (about 88 to 198 pounds).
- You have not had a COPD flare-up or changed your COPD medications in the last 3 months.
