Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 30 years old.
  • You have a body mass index (BMI) between 18 and 25.
  • If you have flat feet, you must have at least 10mm of navicular drop (a measure of arch height).
  • No chronic health issues like diabetes or arthritis that affect your feet or movement.
  • No past surgeries that could affect your balance or leg strength.
  • No vision, inner ear, muscle, or nerve problems that affect balance.
