- Be between 18 and 30 years old
- Have flat feet (one or both feet)
- Not have had any leg or foot injury or surgery in the last 6 months
- Not have a condition like arthritis or a nerve problem that affects foot shape
- Not be currently using a foot support like an insole or wedge
- Have a body mass index (BMI) between 18.5 and 25
