Who can take part

  • Be between 18 and 30 years old
  • Have flat feet (one or both feet)
  • Not have had any leg or foot injury or surgery in the last 6 months
  • Not have a condition like arthritis or a nerve problem that affects foot shape
  • Not be currently using a foot support like an insole or wedge
  • Have a body mass index (BMI) between 18.5 and 25
