Who can take part

  • You have a spinal cord injury, at any level or severity.
  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • Your score on a depression questionnaire (PHQ-9) is between 5 and 19, meaning mild to moderately severe depression.
  • You are on a stable dose of depression medication, if you take any.
  • You do not have a pacemaker, cochlear implant, or similar implanted device.
  • You do not have epilepsy, a cerebral shunt, a history of suicidal thoughts, severe depression, or a heart condition.
