Who can take part
- You have a spinal cord injury at any level or severity
- You are 18 years old or older
- You currently experience neuropathic pain (burning, tingling, or shooting pain from nerve damage)
- If you take pain, anti-inflammatory, or depression medications, your dose must be stable for at least 6 weeks before enrollment
- You do not have a pacemaker or other implanted electrical device
- You do not have epilepsy, cardiovascular disease, or a cerebral shunt
