Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 65 years old.
- For part A and B: BMI between 18.5 and 28 (healthy weight range). For part C: BMI between 26 and 40 (overweight or obesity range).
- Women must not be able to get pregnant, or have a negative pregnancy test.
- You must be generally healthy, with no major medical conditions.
- You cannot have used weight loss medications or GLP-1 drugs in the past 3 months (for part C).
