Mycophenolate therapy for kidney transplant patients with no DQ mismatch

  • Be 18 or older and have received a first kidney transplant 3-12 months ago
  • Have no HLA-DQ mismatch between donor and recipient
  • Currently take tacrolimus or cyclosporine, mycophenolate, and steroids
  • Have good kidney function (eGFR at least 20)
  • No recent signs of rejection or harmful antibodies
