Adding a targeted radiation drug for prostate cancer that hasn't responded well to initial treatment

Who can take part

  • You have prostate cancer that has spread to other parts of the body when first diagnosed.
  • You've been on standard treatment (like hormone therapy plus another drug) for 6 to 8 months, but your PSA level is still at least 0.2 ng/mL and not going down anymore (but not rising).
  • You are fit enough for the treatment, meaning good blood counts, liver and kidney function, and no major heart problems in the last 6 months.
  • You have not had any cancer progression (rising PSA, new symptoms, or scans showing growth).
  • You have not had previous treatment with a PSMA-targeting radioactive drug.
  • You are willing and able to follow the trial schedule and give informed consent.
