Who can take part

  • You are a man over 18 years old.
  • You have prostate cancer that has spread and is no longer controlled by hormone therapy.
  • You have already had at least one type of chemotherapy (like Taxotere) and a newer hormone therapy (like enzalutamide or abiraterone).
  • A special PSMA PET scan shows that your cancer cells have a high level of PSMA (a protein target).
  • Your cancer is getting worse (for example, rising PSA, new bone lesions, or growth on scans).
  • You have good kidney, liver, and bone marrow function (checked by blood tests).
