Who can take part
- Your cancer is stomach cancer or cancer where the stomach meets the esophagus, and it hasn't spread to distant organs (stage T3–4a, N+, M0).
- You are between 18 and 75 years old and healthy enough for surgery, meaning you can care for yourself (ECOG 0–1).
- You have not had previous treatment for this cancer, like chemotherapy, radiation, or immunotherapy.
- Your blood counts and organ function (liver, kidneys, blood clotting) are within a safe range, as checked by routine labs.
- You do not have active autoimmune disease, another cancer in the last 2 years, or a serious infection like tuberculosis or hepatitis that is not controlled.
