Gastric AdenocarcinomaGastroesophageal Junction (GEJ) Adenocarcinoma

Treatments studied

Part of Cancer clinical trials.

This trial tests whether adding the immunotherapy drug HLX10 (serplulimab) to standard chemotherapy (S-1 plus oxaliplatin) before and after surgery can improve outcomes for patients with advanced gastric or gastroesophageal junction cancer that has a high level of PD-L1 protein.

NCT07621484Not yet recruiting· Phase 2
Heated chemo wash plus immunotherapy for advanced stomach cancer

This trial tests a new treatment combination for locally advanced stomach cancer. First, you would receive a heated chemotherapy wash inside your abdomen (HIPEC). Then you would get the immunotherapy drug serplulimab plus standard chemotherapy (SOX or XELOX) before surgery, to shrink the tumor and improve outcomes.

NCT07638631Not yet recruiting· Phase 2
Immunotherapy plus chemotherapy for advanced gastric cancer

This trial tests a combination of two immunotherapy drugs (ipilimumab and sintilimab) plus chemotherapy to shrink gastric cancer that cannot be surgically removed. The goal is to make the cancer small enough for surgery and improve survival.

NCT05872685Recruiting· Phase 2
Perioperative chemo plus serplulimab for specific stomach cancers

This Phase 2 trial tests whether adding serplulimab (an immune medicine) to standard chemotherapy before and/or around surgery can improve outcomes for people with certain locally advanced stomach cancer. You may get serplulimab or a placebo, and researchers will compare results to see if the immune add-on helps.

PD-1 inhibitor plus chemo with or without radiation for stomach cancer

This trial tests whether adding a short course of radiation to a combination of immunotherapy (PD-1 inhibitor) and chemotherapy (SOX) before surgery helps treat advanced stomach or GEJ cancer. It aims to see if the extra radiation makes the treatment more effective.
