Who can take part
- You are 18 or older
- You have lupus nephritis (kidney inflammation from lupus) that is active and hasn't improved with standard treatment, OR you have active IgG4-related disease that keeps coming back or is hard to treat
- Your kidney function is at least 30% of normal (eGFR ≥ 30)
- You have not had rituximab or similar drugs in the last 6 months
- You do not have serious infections, recent heart problems, or active hepatitis B or C
