Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 70 years old.
- You have a diagnosis of either refractory ANCA-associated vasculitis (GPA or MPA) or active lupus nephritis (type III, IV, or combined with V).
- Your kidney function (eGFR) is at least 15 mL/min, and if you have lupus nephritis, a recent kidney biopsy confirms active disease.
- Your blood counts (lymphocytes, neutrophils, platelets, and hemoglobin) meet minimum levels before the study starts.
- You have tried standard treatments that did not work, or your disease has come back after previous treatment.
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or have other serious health conditions that would make the study unsafe.
