Who can take part
- You are 50 years old or older.
- You have a large waist (over 35 inches for women or 40 inches for men) and at least two health issues like high blood pressure, high blood sugar, high cholesterol, a BMI over 23, or chronic pain or bad mood lasting six months or more.
- You have had at least two of these symptoms for six months or more: feeling agitated, tired, angry, depressed, isolated, stressed, trouble sleeping, or feeling your health is worse.
- You can speak Cantonese, understand Chinese, and use a tablet or computer with at least a primary school education.
- You are not in cancer treatment, not planning to leave Hong Kong in the next three months, not living in a care home, and not taking certain medicines that affect hormones.
