Who can take part
- You are between 21 and 75 years old.
- You have high blood pressure, or are overweight or have pre-diabetes, or have one of these conditions: high blood pressure, obesity (BMI 27.5 or above), high cholesterol, or type 2 diabetes.
- You own a smartphone.
- You are willing to wear a smartwatch during the study.
- You do not have a medical condition that stops you from being physically active.
- You do not have a current or past eating disorder or depression.
- You are not pregnant or planning to become pregnant in the next 6 months.
- You are not in a weight loss program or taking weight loss medications right now.
