  • You can read Chinese or English
  • You have internet access and can use the internet
  • You do not already take part in the Jockey Club TourHeart+ project or related research
  • You have moderate to severe anxiety (GAD-7) and/or moderate to severe depression (PHQ-9)
  • You do not have suicidal risk
