Who can take part
- You are a man aged 18 or older
- You are generally active and able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0-1)
- You have been diagnosed with prostate cancer (adenocarcinoma) that has spread, and it is not a rare type like small cell carcinoma
- Your testosterone level is very low (at castrate level) at screening
- You have already tried a newer hormone therapy (like enzalutamide or apalutamide) for prostate cancer that has not yet become castration-resistant
- You have not taken abiraterone before, and you have not had chemotherapy for castration-resistant prostate cancer
