Who can take part
- You are a man aged 18 or older.
- Your daily activities are not severely limited (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- Your doctor expects you to live at least 3 more months.
- You have prostate cancer that has spread and is growing despite low testosterone levels (castration-resistant).
- You have tried and failed a newer hormone therapy (like enzalutamide or apalutamide) for prostate cancer that had spread earlier.
- You have not had abiraterone, chemotherapy for advanced cancer, or a CDK4/6 inhibitor before.
