Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (advanced prostate cancer that no longer responds to hormone-lowering treatments)
  • Your cancer cannot be surgically removed and has spread to other parts of your body
  • You are at least 18 years old and expected to live at least 3 months
  • You are in good enough health to handle treatment (ECOG score 0 or 1, meaning you can do light activities or are mostly confined to bed/chair less than 50% of the day)
  • You have a tissue sample (old or fresh) from your cancer available for testing
  • Your heart, liver, and kidney function meet safe levels for the study
