Who can take part

  • You have advanced prostate cancer that no longer responds to standard hormone therapy and has spread to other parts of your body.
  • Your tumor must have a specific protein called HER2 (detected by a lab test on a biopsy sample).
  • You are able to walk and take care of yourself (day-to-day activities aren't severely limited).
  • You have good kidney, liver, and blood cell counts based on blood tests done before the trial.
  • You haven't had certain previous treatments like PSMA-targeted therapy or strong chemotherapy in the last few weeks.
