Who can take part
- You must have chronic kidney disease with a kidney function (eGFR) of 15 or higher.
- You must be 18 years or older.
- Your 24-hour urine protein level must be 3.5 grams or less.
- You cannot have diabetes with very high blood sugar (HbA1c over 8%).
- You cannot have serious heart problems like heart failure, prior heart attack, or certain arrhythmias.
