Who can take part

  • You are 18–35 years old or 65–89 years old
  • You can walk without help for at least 10 minutes
  • You are willing to do all the tests and speak English
  • If you have memory concerns, you must have a family member who can confirm them, score within normal range on memory tests, and have a close relative with dementia or Alzheimer's
  • You do not have serious medical conditions like recent stroke, brain injury, or severe heart/lung disease
