New imaging tracer for detecting various cancers
Treatments studied
Part of Cancer, Digestive system, Hormones & metabolism, Kidney & urinary, Lungs & breathing, Women’s health & pregnancy clinical trials.
This trial tests a new imaging agent, [18F]FAPI-74, which might help detect certain cancers more clearly. The scan looks for a protein called fibroblast activation protein (FAP) that is often found in tumors. If you have one of the listed cancers and are about to start treatment, this study could help doctors see where the cancer is and how it responds to therapy.

This trial is testing a new imaging method called FAPI-PET to see if it can help find and understand tumors better than standard scans. It is for people with newly diagnosed stomach/esophageal cancer, pancreatic cancer, or those with unclear symptoms or scan results.
This study uses a special type of PET scan called FAPI PET to see if it can help detect or monitor cancer and other diseases. It is for people who already need a PET or CT/MRI scan as part of their standard care.
This study tests a new type of imaging scan called 68Ga-FAPI-PSMA PET that may help doctors better detect and diagnose solid tumors like prostate, liver, ovarian, or endometrial cancer. You would receive the scan before having a biopsy or surgery.
This trial tests a new PET scan tracer that targets a protein found on certain cancer cells. It may help doctors better see and understand tumors in people with colorectal, gastric, pancreatic, lobular breast, or ovarian cancer.
This trial tests a new imaging agent (18F-FAPI) to see if it can help find tumors early in people with lung, thyroid, pancreatic, melanoma, or neuroendocrine cancers.
This trial tests a special PET/CT scan using a new tracer (68Ga-FAPI) to help show tumors in the pancreas, bile ducts, stomach, or certain ovarian cancers. It may help doctors better see where cancer is in preparation for surgery or biopsy.
