Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old
- You have a known or suspected tumor seen on CT or MRI
- You have a confirmed or likely diagnosis of lung, thyroid, pancreatic, melanoma, or neuroendocrine cancer
- Your kidney function is good (GFR > 50) and blood counts are in a safe range
- You are not allergic to similar drugs (FAPI) and do not have serious uncontrolled infections or other major health problems
- You have not had chemotherapy in the last 6 months and your expected survival is more than 6 months
