Who can take part

  • You must have a type of leukemia called B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) that tests positive for CD19.
  • You have had a stem cell transplant (from yourself or a donor) and later a very small amount of leukemia came back (detected by a sensitive test), but your bone marrow has less than 5% leukemia cells.
  • You are 14 years or older.
  • You have good organ function (liver, kidneys, and heart) and are not actively infected with HIV, hepatitis B, or hepatitis C.
  • You do not have active graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) that needs treatment, or certain serious brain or nerve conditions.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you agree to use birth control if needed.
