Who can take part
- You are age 25 or younger when you enroll
- You have B-ALL and your bone marrow test shows no measurable remaining leukemia (MRD negative below 0.01%), or you meet a specific “higher risk” condition (like certain relapse patterns or MRD slightly above 0.01% at a key treatment time)
- A matching donor is available (unrelated or haploidentical donor)
- You must be well enough to travel through treatment (heart, lung, kidney, and liver function limits, and no major breathing problems at rest)
- You must already be enrolled in the sponsor’s “Blinatumomab Bridging Therapy (BBT) Trial”
- You must not have active infection that is not improving, and you cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding; effective birth control is required during treatment and for 2 months after
