  • You have a torn ACL in one knee, confirmed by exam and MRI.
  • Your knee still feels unstable after trying non-surgical treatments.
  • You can understand the study and agree to follow the rehab plan.
  • You will attend all follow-up visits after surgery.
  • You have not had ACL surgery on this knee before.
  • Your other knee is healthy (no ACL injury).
