Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18 and 35
  • You are scheduled to have one of these procedures: placement of a pacemaker (single, dual, or multi-site), placement of a defibrillator (single, dual, or multi-site), or certain types of ablation for heart rhythm problems (like atrial flutter, certain tachycardias, or atrial fibrillation)
  • You are not pregnant
  • Your planned procedure uses X-rays
