  • You are between 18 and 39 years old.
  • You volunteer to take part and can communicate in Turkish.
  • You are a Turkish citizen living in Turkey and have been there for at least 1 month before and during the study.
  • You do not have any physical, mental, or cognitive disability.
  • You are not pregnant, and you do not have diseases affecting balance (like vertigo or neuropathy).
  • You are not taking medications that affect posture control.
