- You have been diagnosed with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis by a doctor
- You are between 10 and 18 years old
- Your spine curve (Cobb angle) is between 10 and 40 degrees
- You do not have a leg length difference greater than 2 cm
- You have not had spinal surgery in the past
- You do not have any muscle, bone, or nerve problems that affect your balance or walking
