Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis by a doctor
  • You are between 10 and 18 years old
  • Your spine curve (Cobb angle) is between 10 and 40 degrees
  • You do not have a leg length difference greater than 2 cm
  • You have not had spinal surgery in the past
  • You do not have any muscle, bone, or nerve problems that affect your balance or walking
