Who can take part
- You must have had radiation therapy to your prostate area in the past (with or without the nearby lymph nodes).
- Your cancer must have come back in the prostate bed — the area where your prostate used to be — shown by a biopsy, MRI, or PSMA-PET scan.
- You must have had at least two PSA tests that went up after your radiation, and your current PSA must be above 0.2 ng/dL.
- You should be able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0–2).
- You must not have cancer that has spread to other organs (proven by imaging like PSMA PET, CT, MRI, or bone scan).
