Who can take part
- You’re 18 or older and had prostate cancer treated with radiation first (EBRT or BT).
- It has been at least 2 years since your main radiation treatment ended.
- Your PSA (a prostate blood test) shows a recurrence pattern called the Phoenix criteria.
- A PSMA PET/CT scan shows no spread to lymph nodes or distant organs.
- A biopsy guided by MRI confirms a new local tumor in the prostate or seminal vesicles, and the target can be seen on MRI.
