This study tests a specific shoulder stretch to see if it can improve flexibility in the back of the shoulder joint. It's for people who have shoulder pain and limited motion, or for healthy volunteers.

Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 59 years old.
- You have shoulder pain on one side that started more than 1 month ago but less than a year ago, and you have at least 15 degrees of internal rotation loss (GIRD).
- Or you have no history of shoulder pain.
- You have no major shoulder injuries like a torn rotator cuff, labrum tear, or prior shoulder surgery.
- You do not have hypermobility (very loose joints) as measured by a Beighton score of 6 or higher.
- You can safely perform a gentle shoulder stretch without severe pain.
