Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 40 years old
  • You are a recreational or amateur athlete (not a professional)
  • You train more than 4 hours each week
  • Your shoulder has less inward rotation or less total range of motion compared to your other shoulder (by at least 15 degrees)
  • You have not had shoulder pain in the last 3 months
  • You have never had shoulder surgery for a fracture, dislocation, or torn tissue
