- You have cervical cancer (squamous cell, adenocarcinoma, or adenosquamous type).
- You had surgery to remove your uterus and nearby lymph nodes.
- Your post-surgery pathology shows cancer spread to pelvic lymph nodes, tissues around the cervix, or surgical margins.
- You are between 20 and 75 years old.
- You are in good physical condition (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- Your blood counts, kidney, and liver function are adequate.
- You have not had radiation to the pelvis before, and you have not received chemotherapy before surgery.
