Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older and able to describe your symptoms before and after your infection.
  • You must have a formal diagnosis from a doctor for one of these conditions: Long COVID, post-treatment Lyme disease syndrome, or ME/CFS.
  • You should not be taking blood thinners or have a bleeding or clotting disorder.
  • You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding, and you must not have an allergy to earthworms.
  • If you have an autoimmune condition (like MS or Hashimoto's), you may not be able to join.
