  • You are 18 years old or older
  • You play video games at least 1 hour per week on average
  • You are a student at the University of Miami or the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine
  • You have no injury or medical condition that prevents you from doing full body exercise
  • You can understand and follow basic exercise instructions in English
