Fun Video Games to Help Heart Kids Exercise More

Who can take part

  • Be between 8 and 18 years old with congenital heart disease and have had heart surgery or a catheter procedure
  • Be at least 3 months past your most recent heart surgery or procedure, feeling stable, with no new procedures planned soon
  • Have your cardiologist say it's safe for you to do regular physical activity
  • Not be exercising enough or have lower exercise ability than expected for your age
  • Be able to understand instructions, follow directions, and use gaming equipment with basic help
  • Have internet access, gaming equipment at home, and at least one parent or caregiver who can help you participate
