IM19 CAR-T cell therapy for tough lupus cases

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old, and weigh at least 40 kg (about 88 pounds).
  • You have been diagnosed with lupus (SLE) and your disease is still active or getting worse despite standard treatments like steroids, immunosuppressants, or biologics.
  • You are currently on a stable dose of a standard lupus treatment (like steroids, antimalarials, or immunosuppressants). Your steroid dose cannot exceed 30 mg/day of prednisone (or an equivalent).
  • Your lupus activity score (SLEDAI-2K) must be 10 or higher at screening.
  • You are willing to use effective birth control during the trial and until the last follow-up visit.
  • You do not have active serious infections, certain heart conditions, or severe organ problems (like stage 4 kidney failure or significant blood cell abnormalities).
