Who can take part
- You must have a type of cancer (like liver cancer) that produces a protein called AFP.
- You must carry a specific gene type called HLA-A*02:03 (a blood test can check).
- You must have tried at least one standard treatment and it didn't work or you couldn't continue.
- Your cancer must be advanced (spread or cannot be removed by surgery) and your liver score (Child-Pugh) must be 7 or less.
- You must be in good enough health to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1) and have normal blood counts and organ function.
- You cannot have certain other serious health problems like active infections, recent bleeding, or a history of certain heart or immune diseases.
