CAR-T cell therapy for advanced liver cancer
Part of Cancer clinical trials.
This trial tests a new treatment called CNCT19, which uses your own immune cells to fight liver cancer. It's for people with advanced liver cancer that hasn't responded to standard treatments or can't be treated with surgery or local procedures.

- You are between 18 and 80 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with liver cancer that is stage II or III and has spread or can't be removed with surgery.
- You have tried at least two standard treatments for liver cancer and they stopped working or caused side effects.
- You have a tumor that can be measured on a scan and that contains a specific marker called CD19/CD68.

This trial tests a new type of immune cell therapy, called CAR-T cells, that are engineered to target a protein called GPC3 found on liver cancer cells. It is for people with advanced liver cancer that has not responded to previous treatments.
This trial tests a new treatment that uses special immune cells (CAR-NK and CAR-T cells) given directly into the liver artery, then through a vein, to fight advanced solid tumors that have spread to the liver. It is for people who have already tried standard treatments and need new options.
This trial tests a new type of immune cell therapy (multi-target Hi-TCR-T cells) for people with advanced liver cancer that hasn't responded to earlier treatments. The therapy targets several markers on your cancer cells to try to attack the tumor more effectively.
This study tests a new cell therapy (called CG-102-12C) for advanced liver cancer that has a specific marker (GPC3) and has stopped responding to standard treatments. The therapy uses your own immune cells, specially trained to attack the cancer. This might be an option if you have tried other treatments and they no longer work or cause bad side effects.
This Phase 1 trial tests the safety and early signs of effectiveness of an “armored” CAR-T cell therapy (C-CAR031) for advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (liver cancer). It may help by teaching the body’s immune cells to better recognize and attack the cancer.
This trial tests a custom immune-cell treatment (CAR-T) that targets a marker called GPC3 in people with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (a type of liver cancer). It’s for cases where standard treatments have not worked well, and the goal is to shrink tumors and improve outcomes.
