Who can take part
- You have advanced liver cancer (HCC) that can't be removed by surgery or local treatments, and it has grown or you cannot handle further standard therapy.
- Your tumor biopsy (or a previous pathology sample) shows at least 2 of these markers on more than 10% of tumor cells: Nectin4, NKG2DL, TROP2, B7H3, GPC3 — plus FAP.
- You are well enough to undergo blood collection, have adequate organ function (heart, lungs, kidneys, liver), and are not severely frail (ECOG 0-2).
- You must not have serious infections, active brain disease, or other uncontrolled medical conditions like major bleeding, recent heart attack, or autoimmune disease.
- You agree to use effective birth control during the trial and for 12 months after treatment, and you are willing to follow up closely with the study team.
