Who can take part
- You are scheduled for laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy (weight loss surgery) under general anesthesia.
- Your health status is rated as ASA class II or III (moderate to severe but not life-threatening).
- You do not have a bleeding disorder and are not taking blood thinners.
- You are not allergic to the medicines used in the procedure.
- You do not have congestive heart failure, liver disease, or kidney disease.
