BRCA-Mutated Breast CarcinomaHER2-negative Breast Cancer

Treatments studied

Part of Cancer clinical trials.

This trial tests a combination of two oral medications (HRS-1167 and famitinib) with or without an immunotherapy drug (camrelizumab) before surgery for women with a BRCA gene mutation and HER2-negative breast cancer. It aims to see if these drugs can shrink tumors before surgery.
