Who can take part

  • You are a woman aged 18 to 70.
  • You have been diagnosed with HER2-positive breast cancer (confirmed by a special test).
  • Your breast cancer is stage II or III but has not spread to other parts of the body.
  • You have not had any previous treatment (like chemotherapy or radiation) for this cancer.
  • You are generally healthy and able to do normal activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You are not pregnant or nursing, and you agree to use effective birth control during and for 6 months after treatment.
