Who can take part
- You are 18 or older
- You have been diagnosed with invasive breast cancer that is HER2-positive (a type that grows fast but can be targeted)
- You have had surgery to remove the breast cancer (mastectomy or breast-conserving surgery) and the cancer was found in your lymph nodes
- Your overall health is good (ECOG score 0 or 1) and your heart, liver, kidneys, and blood counts are within normal ranges
- You have not had any prior chemotherapy, anti-HER2 drugs, or radiation for this breast cancer
