Who can take part
- You are 18 or older
- You were diagnosed with hormone receptor-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer that spread to lymph nodes in the past 15 years
- You are overweight or obese (BMI over 27)
- You have had a positive blood test for minimal residual disease (MRD) after completing at least 1 year of hormone therapy
- You have not used insulin for diabetes, and have not taken a GLP-1 weight-loss drug in the last 3 months
- You have no evidence of cancer spread (metastasis) on recent scans or blood work
