Who can take part

  • You are a woman aged 18 or older.
  • You are postmenopausal (either age 60+, or no period for a year, or had ovaries removed, or are on hormone-blocking shots for at least 12 weeks).
  • You have had hormone-positive breast cancer (stage 0, I, II, or III) and finished all treatments (surgery, chemo, radiation) at least 12 weeks ago.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is 30 or higher, or 27.5 or higher if you are of Asian ancestry.
  • Your insurance will cover tirzepatide, or you can pay for it yourself.
  • You are willing to follow study rules and give your consent.
