  • You have been diagnosed with reduced function in one inner ear using a VNG test.
  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You scored in the top 5% (96-100 percentile) on a System Usability Scale, meaning you find technology easy to use.
  • You do not have balance problems in both ears.
  • You do not have any vision problems, neurological disorders, or trouble communicating.
